I currently live in Winchester with my wife and two children.

I started my career in technology and infrastructure, drawn to the challenge of building things that matter; systems, teams, commercial engines, and organisations capable of real scale. Over the years I’ve led businesses through growth, transformation, integration, and turnaround. I’ve learned what creates momentum, what kills it, and what leaders need when they’re carrying the weight of the business.

With a MBA from Henley, I’ve held senior leadership roles in US, Finnish and UK headquartered businesses, from start-ups to large corporates, thriving in situations that begin with ambiguity where there is scope to shape direction, bring order to complexity and move at speed.
